Warranty Information:
Regardless of the warranty specifications below, know that we are always here to help in any possible way we can!

​​Adjustments, repairs, nosepads, parts:
Adjustments are always free. Please walk into our store at any time (no appointment necessary) to have your eyeglasses adjusted to your liking and comfort level. Most small repairs are at no charge, including replacing nose pads. Nosepads are complementary because you support our small business and we appreciate that! If there is no more frame warranty and/or you need a new part, we will charge a reasonable fee to get the part replaced.

Satisfaction warranty:
We offer a thirty days satisfaction warranty. If for some reason you are not happy with your frame choice and/or lens choice, or you have problems with your prescription, please come see us as soon as possible. We are here to help you!

Frames:
Most frames come with one year manufacturers warranty. Very few manufacturers offer no warranty on their frames and some have two or more years warranty. A clearance frame will have no warranty, however sometimes we still can get parts for these frames.
FEE: We will charge a nominal fee to cover shipping and handling as the manufacturer has to ship a new frame and/or parts to us and we have to ship the defective frame/part back to them.
Frame Exchange:
If for some reason you are not happy with your frame choice, you have 30 days from the date your ordered, to make a one time exchange. If you choose a more expensive frame, we will ask you to pay the difference. If you choose a less expensive frame, we will not refund you, as we will have to remake your lenses to fit the new frame.​

Prescription Lenses:
Most prescription lenses have one year warranty for scratches or defects. However, some specialty lenses/ coatings might have two years warranty. If you declined a scratch resistant coating, or an insurance's scratch protection plan, you might have no warranty on your lenses. Please call us to check on your warranty. Abuse, accidents and bite marks are usually not covered by the manufacturer as warranty.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer any refunds on prescription and non prescription eyewear and accessories. If however you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible, because we want to make things right with you and we want to be fair to you. Most of the time we can help you exchanging the product you are not happy with or give you a store credit.
