  • Order new lenses for a frame you purchased at Art For Eyes previously​

    • Fill in the easy-form below
    • If you have a new prescription please email it to us
    • You will receive a confirmation within 24 - 48 hours​​

    • We will call you for 50% deposit (or you can pay in full)​

    • New orders can take up to 2 weeks to come in

    • We will install the lenses while you wait
